History of Workflows Started by User

The Jobs I've Started tab displays a list of workflows that the user has initiated but are now completed. This screen allows users to view and review the details of workflows they started.

Using the History Jobs I've Started Tab

  1. Viewing Completed Workflows:

    • When the History tab is selected in the Workflow Management screen, workflows that the user has previously started and completed are displayed in the Jobs I've Started tab.
    • By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are shown. Older records can be accessed by adjusting the date filter.

    • Clicking on any workflow in the list opens its detailed view.
    • The opened panel displays the process status, participants, and workflow history.

  3. Filtering and Searching Created Workflows:

    • The search bar at the top right allows users to find specific workflows.
    • The list can be filtered by process name, creation date, or status.
    • By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are displayed. Older records can be accessed by modifying the date filter.

Authorization and Usage Conditions

  • Authorization: Users can only view past workflows that they have initiated.
  • Date Filter: By default, only workflows from the last 15 days are displayed. Older records can be accessed by adjusting the date filter.
  • Process Details: Users can review the progress of workflows they started, but they cannot make changes to completed processes.
  • Since started workflows are completed, no further actions can be taken on them.
  • Filtering and search features allow users to review workflows within a specific date range.
  • The workflow history can be reviewed to track the process flow and see which users were involved.
